Shipping
Domestic/U.S. Orders
Shipping options include US Postal Service, FedEx and UPS.
Local customers can also shop on-line and pickup orders at our Gaylord, Michigan store. This is a great option if you want to avoid shipping charges but still want to shop in your jammies when we our store is closed. Simply select "Pick Up at Store" during checkout.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via the service selected by you during checkout. You can estimate your shipping cost from within the shopping cart. This shipping cost is the maximum we will charge to ship your order. In many instances, we can split your order into multiple parcels in order to reduce your final cost. We will email you if this is the case so you will know how many packages to expect.
Returns
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. The following exceptions apply:
- Sale items may not be returned.
- Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges.
