I was rather disappointed that i was not able to use my coupon on 8 august ( in ref to Opening Day of Olympic Games )  Trying to work out the expiry time when i live on the opposite side of the world is a bit tough... why not say

 " use this coupon within ( say) 36 hours of receiving this email when using the 8% off your next order"

This would be a fairer way for all international people when using the site..

Otherwise, i think the site offers good fabrics at good prices and great service....Keep it up

We're sorry for the confusion.  We ship to 164 countries world wide so its difficult.  We struggle when dealing with the time zones of all of our customers.  Email is difficult because not everyone reads their email promptly or immediately upon receipt.

After some thought, we have found a solution!

If you visit this web site here:  http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=77 it will tell you what day/time it currently is in Detroit, Michigan, USA.  That is our time zone here at QuiltersBiz.com.  We've also added the date and time to our home page. 

We will be sure to include this link in all of our emails where coupons with expiration dates are used.  Hopefully, that will assist our members in determining whether a coupon is still valid when reading our email newsletter.
